“My wife and I had a spectacular visit to The Caron Camp ! Easy check in! Becky was great with providing local information and details about the cabin and area! The property is absolutely gorgeous set alongside the St.John River. The wood fired hot tub is amazing. The best feature though is the screened in kitchen/sitting area! We had such a blast unplugging and relaxing. If you need to be plugged in the camps Wi-Fi is better than mine at home! All modern appliances and cooking accessories, a beautiful modern bathroom, clean linens and towels!! To put it simply I give the entire experience as many stars as permitted!!”

“We have had the pleasure of staying at the Caron camp for the past few years during the summer. We love to come up and enjoy the tranquility of the Allagash and look for animals. The Caron camp is a perfect spot to stay. The camp itself has everything you would possibly need and is very cozy. In addition they have an outside kitchen and seating area right on the river, which is amazing! Becky is a fabulous host who is very responsive to any questions or concerns we’ve ever had. Would highly recommend both the Caron Camp!”

The Caron Camp is pretty sweet. First off, Becky and her family have an awesome spot overlooking the St John River. Bring some food, a book or whatever it is to occupy your time. The camp lacks for nothing and is an easy place to feel at home. Easy access to the Northern Maine Woods. This place is just a great spot to relax, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, gather with family or just unwind for a bit. You will not be disappointed in the space, or the old school northern Maine hospitality you will find with the Caron’s and the Caron Camp!
